Mariano Jesus Claudio-Serrano, Chairman & CEO of the Claudio Group, from Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, at age 34, has become among Washington's most influential entrepreneurs and philanthropists.

Mariano's empowerment enterprise, while reaching globally, touches locally, with finance, telecommunications, real estate, entertainment, and other high impact-ventures, including the newly-launched Claudio Signature Day Spas.
 
In recent years, Mariano built the nation's largest emerging markets mortgage enterprise with Pinnacle Financial Corporation prior to its successful sale to the Impac Companies, and is now building an even more ambitious Americas-wide financial services enterprise.
 
Aside from finance, Mariano's entertainment industry businesses include Latin music and Hispanic television ventures, with an Emmy-award nominated Univision program, DC Latino, as well as his luxury real estate enterprise with active projects with the Trump Organization, including in Puerto Rico.

Mariano's charitable endeavors include an array of Hispanic social service organizations throughout the Washington area, including in the area of immigrant rights and immigration reform, as well as his leadership to build schools in El Salvador. Mariano's personal relationships involved with these projects include fellow-Puerto Rican, and life-long friend, Yankee-great, Bernie Williams, and Latin music superstar, and adopted Puerto Rican, Pit Bull.
