Juan Carlos Morales is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of BNY Mellon Wealth Management, one of the largest wealth managers in the United States and a division of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, a global financial services conglomerate. With $142 billion in client assets and $1 billion in revenues, BNY Mellon Wealth Management is a leading provider of private investment management and banking solutions to ultra high net worth individuals throughout the U.S. and Europe. In this role, Juan Carlos oversees all elements of financial management, strategic planning, performance and capital management, accounting operations and internal control.

Before joining BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Juan Carlos served as Senior Vice President and division CFO at Bank of America Merchant Services. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Services Industry Practice, where he ascended to Senior Manager and provided assurance and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies.
 Juan Carlos serves as a member of the Boards of Trustees for Boston Medical Center, BMC’s HealthNet Plan, The Partnership Inc. and Wheelock College and on the advisory boards for Color Media Group and the Boston Chapter of Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, which he co-founded in 1998. Juan Carlos graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a licensed CPA.
 
He and his wife Jennifer and their children live in Beacon Hill, Massachusetts.
