Miguel A. Mancebo, President of McClure Management Group, LLC is an entrepreneurial visionary with an eye on the future. McClure Management Group, LLC  is the first and largest full service Minority-Woman owned career management and transition in the United States and the only Hispanic human capital management and consulting firm in the country. Under Miguel’s leadership, in partnership with his wife Monica Mancebo, McClure works closely with corporate management and human resources decision-makers to assist them in managing change for both separated and retained employees. McClure’s clientele includes Fortune 500 companies, MBEs and not for profit organizations.

 
Understanding the importance of forecasting and transitioning for success, Miguel has spearheaded a number of initiatives that have helped McClure to weather many storms. He knows how crucial it is for corporate executives to have a finger on the pulse of the industry and for business owners to reinvent themselves to bring relevant products and services to the forefront. McClure has been a change agent for progress from helping corporations to re-tool their staffing requirements immediately following September 11th and providing support services to Hispanic business owners to keep themselves in operation. McClure’s core services are: Outplacement Services, Executive Coaching and Empowerment Seminars/Workshops, Retained Staff Training & Development, On-site Training Facilitation and Diversity Training.
 
Miguel’s record of accomplishments in the human capital management and business development arena are well regarded with recognitions from the United States Small Business Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency et al and business publications including Hispanic Magazine, Crain’s NY Business, Minority Business News USA, and The Network Journal. He is a graduate of Thiel College with dual degrees: Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Business Administration, majoring in Political Science and English.
 
Miguel’s business and community liaisons included board memberships with the NY/NJ Minority Purchasing Council, the Department of Labor’s “Project Trabajo” and membership with the Caribbean Chamber of Commerce. Building future leaders and continuing to reinforce the diversity that strengthens America’s economic fabric, Miguel and Monica Mancebo recently celebrated the 10 year anniversary of SCIP (Selective Corporate Internship Program) that they started to provide hands on mentoring and business leadership development for future Hispanic entrepreneurs and executives.
 
Miguel, who lives in Weehawken, New Jersey, values his family, including his life and business partner Monica, and their three grown children.
