Lisa Casiano
Global Collaboration Service Leader at Infineum USA L.P

Lisa Casiano is currently the Global Collaboration Service Leader at Infineum USA L.P. In this role she is responsible for leading activities in the Global Collaboration Center of Expertise which is exploring ways to improve collaborative business processes, organizational behavior and change management with all of the functional business groups.
Infineum is one of the world's leading formulators, manufacturers and marketers of petroleum additives for the fuels and lubricants industry. Infineum is a joint venture between ExxonMobil Chemical Company, a division of the Exxon Mobil Corporation, The Shell Petroleum Company Ltd and Shell Oil Company.
Lisa was also on the Global SAP Project team responsible for the implementation and design of the Global Order to Cash business process and corresponding SAP rollouts in US/Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Lisa has extensive experience in the chemical industry working for the parent company Exxon Chemical in various leadership roles within manufacturing, production planning / raw materials procurement, and then international sales / global supply chain with management of global exports throughout the regions of Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Lisa has also been an advocate for diversity initiatives. Within Exxon Chemical she worked to develop initiatives for mentoring, career development and diversity education. This led to her appearance in the New Jersey network television program - NJ Issues "Capturing the Value of Diversity".
Lisa received her B.S. in Management with minor in Management Information Systems from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. She then received her MBA in Marketing from Monmouth University.
Lisa is past President of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) Philadelphia chapter. She also held roles of Executive Vice-President and Vice-President of Marketing. She continues to serve as a mentor providing guidance / support to both the Philadelphia and the newly formed New Jersey chapter. Lisa’s community involvement includes multi-year fundraising efforts for United Way, and Big Brothers / Big Sister where she received a Special Appreciation award for her efforts.
