PRIMER is a non-profit, national 501(c) (6) organization with members in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas and Puerto Rico. PRIMER is governed by a Board of Directors, and members meet every other month at a location designated by the Board. Membership is by invitation and sponsorship only.
